I was a bit sceptical of buying from the net after hearing and reading some horror stories about scams but I needn't have worried at all, my very first order was in pre transit for 2 days but once it started moving it was delivered within 24 hrs, the product itself is top quality and very elegantly packaged, I bought the grandaddy purple cart and its as good as if not better than any ive bought in the past,  its a very nice smoke and not a scam, as for the high prices, you have to pay for quality! (Edit added) ive been purchasing from mount bliss for nearly a year now and can categorically say they are the best on the net, as long as you order early enough you will get your order the next day, absolutely no substitute for this company as their up there in pole position,  I can only give them my highest recommendation for products and for service, oh and no scams here!

New to the UK and needed to find a reputable source. After looking at reddit reviews, I decided to try MB. The ordering process was easy, the payment and shipping not as much. As I’m not a resident, I don’t have a UK bank account so I can only speak to my experience with an international bank. I had to complete my purchase via wire transfer, this required a significant amount of information from MB. Their customer service chat and email was quick to respond with this information and I initiated the transfer quickly. It took about 2 weeks from order to receipt of product and there was a lot of confusion in between. I received an email from
MB cancelling my order, I had to reach out to inquire what this was about. They said they hadn’t received my payment. I had to show bank statements with the wire transfer information and their accounting team said they couldn’t find my payment. At this point, I was thinking the whole set up was a scam but then I received shipping confirmation and 24 hours later my order arrived. The product itself is fantastic (I ordered two different gummy options). Overall, I’m happy with my products and customer service was always readily available. The process from a (order) to b (product received) was for sure a bit challenging to navigate but I do think this is because I didn’t have a uk bank account. I've ordered a couple of times now, very high quality products, the packaging is also very professional which means you get a pleasant unboxing experience. They have fairly active support staff too. The pricing is a little bit on the higher side, but I can't complain cause the products are worth it.
